Council chiefs meet to get more people cycling

DEVON County Council chiefs were asked to advise Government ministers about how to get more people cycling following the county’s success boosting the pastime.
Head of highways Lester Willmington addressed an All Party Parliamentary Group on improvements made in Devon, which has seen a 15% increase in daily cycle trips.
