A 39-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after the work related death of a 28-year-old man in Torpoint.
The arrest is understood to be linked to the death of Ryan Thomas, from Grampound Road, who worked as a linesman for Western Power Distribution.
The 39-year-old, from the St Austell area, was questioned at Launceston police station and has been released on bail until May.
A joint investigation into the incident on 16 January, is being carried out by police and the Health and Safety Executive.
