Police are appealing for witnesses to the theft of a woman's handbag which occurred in Phoenix Street, Plymouth between 3pm and 3.10am on Friday September 16.
The suspects are described as two white males about 16 years of age, one of whom had curly blonde hair and was about 5 feet tall. The second suspect had dark coloured hair.
The two men grabbed the woman's handbag from a table outside a public house as they ran past.
