GROVES Edwin (Ted), of Curry Rivel, formerly of Home Farm, Upton, Long Sutton, passed away peacefully at his home on 10th July 2014, aged 93. Beloved husband of the late Eileen, much loved father of Anne and Peter, father-in-law to Sheila and brother of Ruth. A dear grandfather to Michael and Laura, Sally and Dan and great grandfather to Polly, Lydia and Elsie. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will be at St. John the Baptist Church, Pitney, on Tuesday 22nd July at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired, made payable to either St. John the Baptist Church, Pitney, or Langport Surgery may be forwarded to Forsey and Son, Funeral Directors, Pound Pool, Somerton, TA11 6LZ.
